Gili served for over two decades in the defense sector and possesses senior executive experience, providing her with a profound understanding of the defense industry and the defense-tech sector. She also has experience in the private business sector, having previously served as In-House Legal Counsel for a leading media company.
Gili is a certified Compliance Officer (CCO), qualified with distinction from the International Compliance Association (ICA), in collaboration with the Israeli Association for Compliance and Administrative Enforcement, and the Israeli Bar Association Publishing House (2025).
